RESEARCH TEAM
All researchers have strong experience working in the academia and NGOs. The frontline interviewers consist of well-trained university students and community members such as deprived women, retired persons and ethnic minorities, which incarnates inclusion of people from diverse backgrounds.
Research quality is ensured by the provision of extensive training. The collaborative work allows interviewers to recognize others’ strengths and abilities irrespective of their status in society. It promotes social cohesion by building social capital and trustworthy relations in the working process. The academia and civil society benefit from the reliable data collected by high caliber interviewers and the provision of other quality services on social research.
